We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, if our product doesn’t deliver, doesn’t work for you . In order to request refund, you should use the product at least for 10 days. We may request to send an screenshot of your 10 days trading history.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and supporting documents regarding your claim and you must contact us via the email address where the order was delivered to.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] to describe the issue you are facing.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your Paypal or Bank account which you have completed your purchase.
